If it feels like a struggle to make sense of what is happening in your life, perhaps in relation to

feelings about yourself or in your relationships with other people (it is often both), then counselling

and psychotherapy can provide a secure, non-judgmental, and confidential place in which to explore

your thoughts and feelings.

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist who has provided counselling and psychotherapy for

a wide range of people in a variety of situations for a number of years, originally in London and now

also in Henley-on-Thames. I achieved a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory and

Practice from WPF Therapy (London), having previously worked as a Drugs and Alcohol counsellor at

The London Borough of Hounslow.

I am a qualified psychotherapist, having trained at the well-renowned School of Psychotherapy and Psychology at Regent’s University, London. I attained a Post-graduate diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling including a two-year clinical placement. It was a thorough and demanding three-year course and I continue to train and attend lectures to ensure that I can provide the most effective treatment for my clients.

I work as an integrative therapist, encompassing numerous modalities, depending on the issue and complexity of your needs. We would work together to enable you to gain a deeper understanding and clarity on your issues and develop alternative responses to past and present concerns.

I work with a wide range of issues including but not exclusive to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, bereavement, and relationship issues.

I have previously worked at a counselling charity in Henley-on-Thames as a therapist and on the clinical assessment team. I also currently work as a practitioner for an organisation specialising in obesity and binge eating.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Psychotherapy and Counselling

(BACP) and abide by their strict ethical guidelines. I have professional indemnity insurance.
